Achieve your personal and professional goals

Siobhain Whitty

I have spent the majority of my career in International HR Operations, working in the global oil and gas sector and I have lived and worked in the UK, Philippines, Kazakhstan and Qatar, so have first-hand experience of what it means to be an expat. I’ve held roles in demanding commercial environments and in multi-cultural, complex organisations through periods of growth and change; I understand the demands placed upon senior leaders to perform and deliver to high standards in international business environments.

I have worked alongside leaders and technically qualified specialists from many disciplines and have strong people management, line management and HR experience.

My coaching style is calm and supportive whilst also being challenging and thought provoking. I approach coaching from the “inside out”, supporting people to understand and develop their inner selves first in order to maximise their outer impact. I coach to strengthen self-awareness, enabling clients to understand the influence that values, emotions and behaviours can have and to support them in establishing their own goals for actions that can lead to lasting change.

I am certified with the International Coach Federation (ICF) which is committed to maintaining and promoting excellence in coaching. As an ICF Coach I have agreed to practice the ICF core competencies and pledge accountability to the ICF Code of Ethics (www.coachfederation.org).

You are very welcome to contact me to find out more about the coaching services I offer.
